Remember the days of “Truth or Dare”, or your college years, of “I dare you to:
- Jump off that bridge
- Skydive
- Talk to that girl/guy
- Wear that outfit
As we get more settled into the world, we find our dares are more sedate and less life threatening and/or life changing! Now our dares are more like:
- I dare you to stay on the treadmill for 45 minutes
- I dare you to eat that Death by Chocolate dessert
- I dare you to stay up until 10pm
- I dare you to feed your child that ice cream
Ok, those dares are a bit scary in themselves, but definitely not life changing! In order to jump start your creative juices, get you motivated and get you to notice the here and now I have come up with “This Month's Challenge!”. Hopefully these challenges will motivate you, and change your life for the better.
Remember it takes 30 days to make a habit, so you have to follow the challenge for the full 30 days. But wait, there's more! Keep reading to see the rules, hey no complaining even "Truth or Dare" had rules!

1) You must follow the challenge for 30 days
2) Please post a comment on the blog, so you can get support and encouragement http://this-months-challenge.blogspot.com/
3) Write in your journal, or the blog, or a scrap of paper, every day, how proud of yourself you are
4) Share on the Blog your creative ways of getting your point across with out complaining
5) Now the bonus for those that read this far..... You get 4 get out of jail free cards! You can complain 4 times and still remain in the challenge!
